These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hostramintim.info and the business training and career coaching services provided by Hostramintim ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a coaching plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Hostramintim provides business training and career coaching services, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills, and career transition support. The specifics of each programme are described on our pricing page and in your enrolment confirmation.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By using our services you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Bookings and Scheduling
Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be counted towards your monthly session allowance.
4. Fees and Billing
Fees for each plan are shown on our pricing page. Monthly and annual billing options are available. Annual plans are billed upfront and offer a 30% discount compared with monthly billing. All fees are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If within 7 days of your first session you decide our programme is not right for you, we will refund your payment in full upon written request to info@hostramintim.info. This guarantee applies to first-time clients only and does not cover sessions already delivered beyond the first week.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to engage with coaching sessions honestly and professionally, to provide accurate information, and to respect the confidentiality of your coach and other clients. You are responsible for your own career decisions; our guidance is advisory and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching sessions — including worksheets, frameworks, and written resources — remain the intellectual property of Hostramintim and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell these materials without our written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. This obligation survives the end of your engagement with us.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostramintim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update our services, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material change to fees or terms that affects an existing subscription.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@hostramintim.info. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate services immediately where there is a breach of these Terms or unlawful conduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
